Dr Damian Mescher is available for residential care visits in the South East Melbourne region and works at Epworth Health managing private inpatients under a Geriatric Evaluation and Management unit.

• Experienced across all areas of Geriatric Medicine with a particular interest in Dementia diagnosis and management, management of behavioural symptoms in Dementia, Falls prevention, medication reviews, infection management and general health check-ups in the elderly.

• I believe in integrating all aspects of a person into medical decision-making, including a person’s medical history, personal preferences and desired outcomes, with the goal of delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
